Refund Policy

A single AdmissionCrafts profile slot costs ₹199 (base) plus 18% GST (₹35.82), totalling ₹234.82. One slot entitles you to one personalised MHT-CET college shortlist for one student, based on the details submitted at the time of payment: percentile, rank, category, branch preferences and city/region preferences. All payments are processed through Razorpay.

We will refund the full amount paid, in the following situations: (a) a duplicate payment was captured for the same profile, (b) the payment was successful but our system failed to create the profile or generate the prediction, (c) the wrong amount was charged due to a technical error on our side. In each case we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within seven business days of confirming the issue.

Once a profile has been created and a prediction has been generated, the ₹599 fee is non-refundable. This includes situations where: you are dissatisfied with the list of colleges shown, the actual CAP allotment differs from the prediction, you no longer wish to pursue engineering admissions, or the student decides to appear for a different exam. Predictions are advisory and based on historical CAP cutoff data — we clearly disclose this before payment and again on the receipt.

Marks, rank and percentile can be corrected exactly once after payment through the one-time correction flow in your dashboard. Branch preferences and city preferences can be updated any number of times. These corrections re-generate your prediction at no extra cost. This mechanism replaces the need for a refund in situations where you entered incorrect data at the time of payment.

Write to us at support@admissioncrafts.com within seven days of the transaction, quoting your registered email, the transaction ID (visible on your Razorpay confirmation email and in the receipt in your dashboard), and a short description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge within one business day and resolve within seven business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card, bank account or UPI ID.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first raising a refund request with us, we will contest the chargeback with the transaction and prediction-delivery evidence in our systems. We strongly encourage you to try our support channel first — most disputes are resolved amicably within a few business days.

Because a prediction is delivered instantly after payment, there is no cancellation window. You may delete your account and all associated profiles at any time by writing to support@admissioncrafts.com — but doing so does not entitle you to a refund of previously-consumed slots.
