Predictions are advisory and based on historical data only. We cannot guarantee admission to any college. The Service is designed for student guidance so that no aspirant misses out on a good college simply because they did not know about it. Always cross-verify with the official MHT-CET CAP brochure and an authorised counsellor before finalising a choice.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdmissionCrafts web and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by OriginCraft Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides indicative shortlisting of Maharashtra engineering colleges for MHT-CET aspirants based on historical CAP cutoff data. By creating an account, paying for a profile, or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 16 years of age, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information during signup (phone number, email or details required for the prediction). You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent paywalls.
3. Nature of Predictions — Important
All predictions, groupings (Sure Shot, Aspirational, Far Fetched), college lists, percentile estimates, and recommendations produced by the Service are advisory and indicative only. They are derived from historical CAP cutoff data published by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell for the years currently in our dataset. Actual seat allotment in any CAP round depends on a multitude of factors including (but not limited to) the official merit list, total candidate participation, seat-matrix changes, reservation policy, ladies/EWS/TFWS quota allocation, court orders, and CAP-Cell discretion. We do NOT guarantee admission to any college or branch. You should always cross-verify with the official CAP brochure and consult an authorised counsellor before taking any irreversible decision such as locking, freezing, withdrawing, or paying institute fees.
4. Purpose — Guidance, Not Replacement
The Service is built so that no student misses out on a college they could have realistically secured, simply because they did not know it existed or did not realise their score qualified. We intentionally present a broad, data-grounded shortlist across all three confidence bands to widen your awareness of options across regions, branches, and quota categories. The Service does not replace official counselling, the State CET Cell, or accredited career counsellors. We strongly encourage students and parents to use our output as one of several inputs into their final choice.
5. Payments, GST & Refunds
Each profile slot is billed at ₹499 (base) plus 18% GST (₹89.82), totalling ₹588.82 per slot, payable via Razorpay. One profile slot grants one prediction for the student details provided at the time of payment. Marks, rank and percentile can be corrected only once after payment (one-time edit) — branches and city/region preferences can be updated, but the slot does not entitle you to unlimited re-runs. Once a profile is created and a prediction is generated, payments are non-refundable. We do not store your card or UPI credentials; all payment data is handled by Razorpay under its own terms. For any payment dispute, contact us in writing within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Data Sources & Accuracy
Cutoff, intake, fee, NAAC, NIRF, NBA, and placement data are sourced from publicly available publications by the Maharashtra State CET Cell, AICTE FRA, NIRF, NAAC, NBA, and college self-disclosures. We refresh this data periodically. While we apply best-effort validation, we make no warranty about the completeness or current-year accuracy of any field. Discrepancies between our data and official publications should be reported to support — the official publication shall prevail.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service or its data, (b) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any prediction output, (c) use the Service to mislead other students or for fraudulent admission counselling, (d) attempt to bypass payment, authentication, or rate-limiting controls.
8. Privacy
We collect your phone number (or email for preview access), the student details you submit (name, percentile, rank, category, branch and region preferences), and your prediction history. We use this data solely to deliver the Service and improve our prediction logic. We do NOT sell personal data to third parties. We retain prediction history so that you can revisit it from your dashboard; you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via support.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdmissionCrafts (OriginCraft Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd), its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed admissions, lower or higher allotment than expected, fee losses, opportunity costs, or emotional distress. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell, the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra, AICTE, NIRF, NAAC, NBA, or any of the colleges listed in the Service.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or via email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
